About the Smith & Wesson M&P 22 Compact
The Smith & Wesson M&P 22 Compact is a rimfire trainer built on the same frame and controls as Smith & Wesson’s centerfire M&P Shield pistols, with a 3.5" or 3.6" barrel, 10-round capacity, and adjustable or 3-dot sights, in black or flat dark earth. A threaded-barrel version is also available for suppressor use. It’s a low-cost way to train on the exact grip and trigger of a Shield-pattern carry pistol — ask Miami Guns about current .22 LR ammo stock alongside it.
