About the Smith & Wesson Shield EZ
The Smith & Wesson Shield EZ is a striker-fired pistol built specifically for an easier slide-racking experience, offered in 9mm and .380 ACP with 3.6" or 3.8" barrels and an 8-round magazine, in black, black/silver, and black/gold two-tone finishes. Tritium night sights and Crimson Trace laser versions are both available, and a Performance Center ported model is in the lineup. Its reduced slide spring tension is a real, tested feature for shooters with grip-strength limitations — ask Miami Guns which EZ configuration they currently have.
